Job responsibilities

In the role of customer support at Lundaman, you will become an important part of the team and a valued contact for the company's customers. The main part of your day consists of providing quick, professional, and personal phone support, where you receive calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers step by step to solutions. You will also follow up on cases carefully to ensure that each customer feels seen, secure, and well taken care of.

The work also includes technical and administrative tasks, such as preparing assembly parts, manufacturing cables, programming printers, documenting in CRM systems, and managing inventory and material flows. Once you have settled into the role, there is also the opportunity to participate in fieldwork, which provides variety, practical experience, and a chance to further develop your skills.

  • Provide customer support via phone, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to solutions
  • Follow up on cases and ensure that each customer feels secure and well taken care of
  • Perform technical and administrative tasks, such as assembly, cable manufacturing, programming, documentation, and inventory management
  • Participate in fieldwork as needed for practical experience and skill development

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience in customer support or another equivalent service-oriented role, preferably with technical support
  • Strong technical interest
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Preferred to have a B driver's license
